Cracked or Fractured Tooth

This is a common problem. The tooth hasn't actually broken yet but, the tooth is sensitive to temperature especially cold and "hurts" when you try to bite down on it. I describe it as similar to trying to put weight on a sprained ankle, you get to a point where you have to let up or it seems like it will really hurt.
