New Patients

New Patients are Always Welcome and Referrals are Appreciated

Our Practice has served the North Shore for over 25 years. It has continued to grow primarily as a result of patient referrals. If someone has referred you our practice please let us know. We like to thank our friends for sending their friends and family to us.

With the recent addition of Anastasia Hesse RDH, we are able to accommodate new patients, as well as providing greater flexibility in scheduling for our current patients.

We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment in order to fill out the necessary patient forms.

For your convenience, many of our Patient Forms are available for download. Simply open the file, print the page, fill it out, and bring it to your appointment. If there is something on any of the forms that you do not understand, leave it blank, and we will help you when you get to our office.
